Læs mere her. Og selvom det står at det er det åbne rum for åbne sind, er det altså ikke en religiøs sekt :-P
...waking up from a strange state of mind and realizing the beauty that surrounds you
Just to tease and to act like I'm one of those somebody who knows something you don't, I'll just tell you that there will be a reboot and the speakers who will attend will be better than you can imagine... so go bug your boss right know and tell him to give you a ticket (which probably will be around €200 just like always). Even if you live outside Denmark you should come - the spoken language at the conference is English and it gives you a great chance to spend a few days with cool people, a beautiful country and oh... danish summer-girls (ehm, and men) which you don't find more beautiful in any country! From what I've heard it will be the 20th of june.

O'Reilly let me write a book about my umbraco-system - "umbraco in a nutshell" or just "Programming umbraco" or how about "Learning umbraco" ehmm, "umbraco hacks" might even do it - and I'll open source the stuff. How about that... whatever, I might even open source it anyway, don't know - but why not :o)
(it's getting late... sorry)
update I'll even give up .net as a platform... (it's getting later)

One down, one to go...

Nick Denton: The 80% Company. Great article and something that a lot of people can learn from (including myself). [via pinds.com]

In the last few hours I've used the following programming languages: C#, XSL, VB Script (inside xsl), T-SQL, (D)HTML, Javascript... phew, combining work on umbraco with client implementation work gets me around :-)
Believe it or not - I've bought some cd's (well, one of them was a gift that my girlfriend got - but still) - yes REAL cd's that is. And they are marvelous. They are: Groove Armada - Love Box Søs Fenger - Beverly Way and a classic one: Marvin Gaye - Love Songs
If you're looking for inspiration in rss-feeds, have a look at my OPML. It contains a mixture of wonderful people, tech feeds, and both open source and open-minded microsoft brains... You can find it here :-)
Ex prime-minister Poul Nyrup which started a weblog a couple of weeks ago, will apparently open for comments on his weblog. Guess my sister learned him some - and maybe also the comments from HHH and Buur.
"Robert Scoble just called to say that he's leaving NEC to join Microsoft as technical evangelist for a new product in development. He'll work for Robert Hess, a smart guy I've known for many years. It's a good match, a dream job for Scoble, and Microsoft gets a foot in the blogging world, and enthusiastic evangelism from a true believer. Congratulations to Robert and to his new employer." Just like Guan and Speedy I agree that the new Eniro portal - enhanced by google - seems like the place to be doing seaches if you live in Denmark.
lipsum.com - decide on how much Lorem Ipsum you want, in words, paragraphs, lists or even bytes :-)

..an evening tuning my software with regExp's :-)

Looks like rss is really getting mainstream when it hits the frontpage of remond evil empire...

I'm releasing a new version of umbraco to Lars Buur and Hans Henrik Højberg this weekend - I'm truely excited that they will give it a try, and looking so much forward to hear all of their comments... It's such a thrill to have users use my software - the only way to make it better :-)

Damn - a person that I never have approved just suddenly came up and offered my free porn... yikes - it's the first time I've seen msn hacked?!?

"and last but not least, for items that include the full html description, sharpreader lets you expand a headline to view links and responses to/from other posts in other feeds. This allows you to read posts in context, and will show related posts together." - wow, it seems that sharpReader is worth a try...
One of the first customers to use the first Content Management System that I had a small part of "Site In A Box" (SIAB) back in 1998, was Frederiksberg Municipality. A big surprise that they kept it for so long, now they have choosen SiteCore, which has a lot of well deserved succes, as one of the first open Danish CMS' - through an API of course - Danes still doesn't understand what open really means ;-)
Strö:designs by Lone Ørum: "Cappuccino with danish design on the top". Brilliant idea, and beautiful design both on- and offline :-)

While OS X people have had an almost perfect rss reader for ages, it has taken long before getting something just about usefull on windows-platform. But it's really coming, beaver was a fine replacement for newsfeeder, but Harvester by Chris Hollander seems really interesting. Also fun to see that more and more developers working on microsoft platforms are riding the blog-wave - it has taken too long!
Update: Newsdesk seems really nice - goodbye to beaver and it's lacking support of International charactersets...
More update: Since Newsdesk can export OPML, here's my feeds right now (the usual suspects like slashdot etc, is not included in this one)
Damn, I'd love to be at O'Reilly EtCon this year. Among a lot of really interesting stuff, this one is neat: "Amazon Workshop. In the past few years, Amazon.com began transforming itself from an online retailer to something even greater -- a platform for developers, ISVs and System Integrators to program against. This workshop examines the Amazon platform in depth, with a specific focus on the company's Web Services APIs, launched in the summer of 2002. "
What do you call a screenshot taken with a mobilephone? Inspiration, go follow this deep link til commonme mblog.
A picture says more than a thousand words... but apparently that's not enough: First this one at LA Times and then this one at guan...
Just talked to sis, who said that Poul Nyrup had been at the socialdemocrats press office (where my sister works) and yelled "Has everybody seen my weblog"... Mygdal mentions rss, permalinks and comments on his weblog and I responded "Rss and permalinks are coming, but not comments - it's not possible for a politician". But after a quick chat with my sister, she said that she would talk to him and maybe try it out! Yet another reason for loving her so much :-)

Så er den længe ventede redegørelse om Danske Banks it-problemer endelig online.
Danish ex-primeminister Poul Nyrup Rasmussen has started to blog... I think it's my older sister who inspirered him
Living is really to hear a bit of noise outside your door, open it up and yet another Thursday seeing boxes of wonderful organic vegetables and lovely bread... really... it surprises me every time how much it makes me smile
